Banchet’s Story

This rich, gorgeous handkerchief with an autumn feel was named Banchet, after the renowned florist based in New York City. Banchet Jaigla is the founder of Banchet flowers and has been celebrated across the world for her contribution to the floral industry, thanks to the uniqueness of her style.

The Banchet handkerchief is lovingly and ethically made—I know, because I make this lovely hanky in my little workshop in Montreal, Quebec! The front is made of viscose with a blue and burnt orange floral pattern—a smooth, soft and lightweight material. For the lining, Banchet has a beautiful thick Tencel twill in autumn orange—a stunning, eco-friendly material that I truly adore. In fact, this soft, thick twill is very absorbent, never gets wrinkled and what’s more, it’s naturally anti-bacterial. How amazing is that?

Caring for Banchet

I recommend washing this floral hanky in cold or warm water and air drying it. This way, it will last a long time and remain pretty, despite the use and the passing of time!
