Truth be told, there are as many hanky sizes as there are noses. Ok maybe not quite as many. So here at TSHU, we’ve grouped our handkerchiefs in four “standard sizes” to help you choose more easily. Here’s the gist.
Small handkerchiefs
Size: 20 × 20 cm
Why we ❤️ them:
Small handkerchiefs are super practical because they fit just about anywhere: in the pocket of a skinny jean, in a jacket pocket (without creating an unwanted bulk), in your purse, computer bag or other.
How you use them:
Our small handkerchiefs are best for a light use: occasional nose blowing, wiping tears or sweat. If you have intense allergies, a mean cold or if you sweat profusely, the small hanky is not for you.

Standard Sized Handkerchiefs
Size: Between 26 × 26 cm and 28 × 28 cm
Why we ❤️ them:
Our standard handkerchiefs are the most popular format. They are smaller than traditional handkerchiefs (like the one your grandpa used to carry around) yet they are ample enough to tackle just about any task. Plus, we have created single ply and thicker two-ply versions, to double the absorbency in a standard-sized handkerchief.
How you use them:
These standard handkerchiefs can be used for just about anything—it all depends on the fabric you choose and the thickness you prefer. A single ply cotton hanky will be preferable for a lighter use, while a thick flannel handkerchief or a two-ply cotton hanky is perfect to tackle more important needs.

Large Handkerchiefs
Size: 34 × 34 cm
Why we ❤️ them:
Bigger than our standard handkerchiefs, our large handkerchiefs still fit just about anywhere and hey, there’s something to be said for being able to find a new spot to blow in every time you need it, because the surface is just THAT ample!
How you use them:
These large handkerchiefs work for daily use, and for heavy-duty moments—like if you go skiing and your nose runs when it’s super cold outside—or if it’s incredibly hot outdoors and you just can’t get rid of that sweat moustache.

Extra Large Handkerchiefs
Size: 40 × 40 cm
Why we ❤️ them:
Our extra large hankies are like the mamas and the papas of hankies. Super larger-than-life, they are filled with possibilities: relieving your nose when you have debilitating allergies, caring for you and your nose after an intense therapy session… Sky’s the limit.
How you use them:
Although they take up a little more space, our extra large handkerchiefs can still fit nicely into a large pocket or your bag—provided they are neatly folded. Need tips on how to fold your hankies? I’m happy to help, just send me a quick message!
